Comfortable, Safe and Engaging
Your student will receive understanding care and education supported by adaptive learning equipment, assistive technology and communication devices to help them achieve a level of independence suitable for their needs (based on their IEP*.) Small class sizes in substantially separate classrooms located within host public schools provide inclusion opportunities.
In the Kelly Day School classrooms, your student will learn and build life skills in a compassionate environment that offers:
- An engaging, yet safe and comfortable experience
- Separate classrooms within the program’s public host school
- Small-group and/or individual instruction
- Opportunities to join their peers in the general student population
Deliberate, Mindful Support
Students will receive unmatched, individualized care from a support team dedicated to their daily success. Classroom instruction is led by engaging teachers who adapt lessons to the level and needs of each student.
Support staff include:
- Physical therapists
- Occupational therapists
- Nurses
- Speech language pathologists
- Vision teachers
- Board certified behavior analysts
- Teachers of the deaf
- Mobility specialists
Your student will always have the support they need to communicate, learn and move safely throughout the day.

The name “Kelly Day School” is a tribute to former CAPS student Kelly O’Brien.
