Second Momentum Sneak Peek: Check Out the Progress on the New Adult Day Program Building
Construction is moving along at the Momentum building, our new adult day program in Leominster. We’re excited to share another behind-the-scenes look as the building starts coming to life! In our latest progress tour, walls are up, paint is beginning to brighten the space, and several key program areas are taking shape.
The future fitness center is stocked up with boxes full of equipment that will support healthy movement habits. The mock apartment and teaching kitchen, two core areas designed to build everyday independent living skills, are also coming together with defined layouts and ADA compliant cabinetry. Other areas like the Merch Store, cafeteria and Nurse’s station are also becoming more defined as we continue to build out fixtures and finalize floor layouts.
Each phase of construction brings us closer to creating a warm, supportive, community-based program for adults who want to build skills, strengthen habits, and engage with others in the community. Though the building is still in progress, the vision is becoming more tangible with every update.
Program Director Mindy LeBlanc shared her excitement after her last walk-through of the building progress:
“Seeing the walls and paint go up makes the whole program feel real. We’re building a space designed for connection, growth, and meaningful everyday experiences. I can’t wait to welcome our first members through these doors.”
We’ll continue sharing updates as construction advances and more program features take shape. Thank you for following along as we bring this new Massachusetts adult day program to the community.
