CAPS is excited to launch Momentum, a new community-based day program in Leominster for adults seeking empowerment, connection, and opportunity. Adults will receive individualized support to build life skills, explore employment, and foster independence in a welcoming, inclusive environment.
CAPS Collaborative and Affordable Interior Systems (AIS) have joined forces to create inclusive, hands-on employment opportunities through the AIS Radiance Program, helping adults build confidence, independence, and real-world job skills in a supportive, welcoming environment.
Our Deaf and Hard of Hearing middle schoolers shined in their latest production, Artist Retreat! Plus, the combination of including ASL into the actual script together with the new interpreter seating section made this show a fantastic example of inclusion.

CAPS is teaming up with our Fitchburg neighbor, Monty Tech to help local unemployed young adults develop workforce skills at no cost. The program is called STEP: Supportive Training Education Program.
This past weekend, three students from the CAPS Deaf and Hard of Hearing program, charmed audiences with their engaging performance at Bigelow Middle School in Newton, MA. In fact, it’s one of the first schools in Massachusetts to perform “The Lightning Thief” for live audiences.
This week we made history: Gateway’s inaugural co-ed basketball team wrapped up CAPS’ first-ever sports season! With two dedicated coaches and 15 players committed to their new team, we’re celebrating a season full of heartwarming wins both on and off the court.
